Protein Pancake Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 3 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 eggs
Instructions: How to Make Protein Pancakes
- Blend rolled oats until the oats are ground into a powder. Once it’s well blended, add the remaining ingredients and blend until it’s smooth with no dry powder remaining.
- Lightly grease a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour ¼ cup scoops of batter onto your hot surface and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until you start to see bubbles forming on the surface with a golden brown bottom. Flip your pancake and cook the opposite side until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
