Protein Pancake Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 eggs

Instructions: How to Make Protein Pancakes

  1. Blend rolled oats until the oats are ground into a powder. Once it’s well blended, add the remaining ingredients and blend until it’s smooth with no dry powder remaining.
  2. Lightly grease a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour ¼ cup scoops of batter onto your hot surface and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until you start to see bubbles forming on the surface with a golden brown bottom. Flip your pancake and cook the opposite side until golden brown.
  4. Serve immediately.
